PSAS Scholarship Application for 2008-2009
2008 - 2009 Tuition Payment Schedule
Payments will be billed in 10 equal payments - first payment beginning September 1, 2008. Payments will now be due on the 1st of the month beginning in September and ending in June.
All accounts must be paid in full by June 1, 2009.
Tuition payment includes the Technology/Activity Fee.
The late fee fine of $25.00 will be applied after the 15th of the month.
Returned check fee is 50.00
Lost coupon book fee is $20.00
Church contributions is $7.00 per week.

Fundraising: All families are encouraged to participate in the various fund-raising activities of the school and Home School Association. Participation in two of our programs (the Christmas sale and the Candy sale) is mandatory. Families who do not participate in the two mandatory fund-raising programs may be subjected to a penalty ($50.00 per campaign, per child)
* Requirements to be eligible for Parishioner Status tuition:
At least one parent and the child must be a Baptized Catholic
Family must be registered as members of the Immaculate Conception Parish sharing in the life of our parish by WEEKLY MASS ATTENDANCE AND ENVELOPE USE for at least one calendar year before the 2008-09 tuition year. Minimum contribution is $7.00 per week ($364.00 per year). LUMP SUM CONTRIBUTIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. Msgr. Ferrarese wants to see our families at Mass every week.
